Competition: The LAFTAS

The LAFTAS (Languages and Film Talent Awards) are upon us! If you are a budding film producer, languages addict or just interested in winning a fantastic prize this competition is for you!
All you need to do is make a two minute film showing how languages are important. You can then enter it into one or more of the following categories: London 2012, A World of Languages, Best Group Prize: Spanish, Best Group Prize: German, Best Individual Prize 16+ and Best Clip, Under 16s.
Prizes for the different categories include: a trip to the Olympic Village and a visit from a world-class athlete to your school, a five day trip to Castilla y Leon in Spain, a five day Popkultur trip to Germany, Surfing in San Sebastian, Eurostar tickets to paris, iPod Touch and Apple vouchers – wow!
