German Storybirds – Year 8

The boys in Year 8 have been working hard learning how to describe themselves and the members of their families. They have used a website called Storybird to create short digital books about imaginary families.

The pupils in Mr Brown’s Year 8 class have created these animations using acapela.tv. Disturbingly, they have all come out looking like Lily Allen!
A piece of German History

The boys in Year 8 have only just started learning German and, in the very first lesson, as well as learning to say some basics such as Ich heiße or Guten Tag!, we also learned about the importance of German as a language and talked about recent german History.
